I'm teaching these to my preschool class and if 3-4 year old preschoolers can memorize them, surely we can too! We are also learning the ASL alphabet along with the verses too. 

F is for...Isaiah 41:10 - Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Life passes by too fast to be fearful - God has your back but more importantly know that any strength you possess comes directly from Him!  I've always loved the image of God holding me in His hand!

Wrap Up With a Catch Up

Wow, December!!  The time surely does fly by!  We took a week break during Thanksgiving and I did not get in the planning time that I wanted as I tried to prepare for the last 3 weeks of the school year.  I really might try to plan a month off in December from now on.

Regardless, we are still trying to plug along! 

We are mostly completing what absolutely needs to get done and saving the extras for Christmas time activities. Basketball season is still in full swing as well so car schooling is still a common site around here.  

Stephen has been working hard and completed his next rank in Civil Air Patrol.

And one of the many reasons why I love My Father's World!

Scripture and A Snapshot

This is what most of my area looks like around here - leaves everywhere. They are so vibrant in color and such a great reminder of the hope I have in the One who created them and me!

Romans 15:13 - I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Such a great Scripture to commit to prayer!

E is for...Proverbs 20:11 - Even a child is known by his doings, whether his work be pure, and whether it be right.

I try to always teach my children this and often they can impact others in ways adults simply cannot.
